Important COVID-19 Updates
November 17th, 2020
Dear Bethel Family,
In light of the the State of Michigan Health Department recommendations for restricted gathering, we'll be restricting our onsite gatherings to the Sunday morning worship service at 10:45am. There will be no other onsite gatherings during the week. This is an effort to help curb the potential spread of COVID-19. The elders ask once again that everyone who attends the Sunday morning service abide by the regathering guidelines laid out here: www.betheljackson.org/welcome-back-faq. This includes social distancing and properly wearing a mask while indoors.
We completely understand if you are uncomfortable meeting in-person. Please don't feel any pressure to do so. Please continue to meet online at: www.betheljackson.org/sunday-live or our Facebook page www.facebook.com/betheljxn. There you can get sermon notes, view the online bulletin and give! You can even join in the chat on Facebook with praises, prayer requests and fellowship with one another. In all of this, we look forward to a day when we'll be able to gather in person without restrictions. Please pray for an end to this pandemic. Look for ways to care for one another and display the love of Christ. If you need anything or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact the office @ 517-787-8612 or any one of the staff: www.betheljackson.org/leadteam.
Thank you and we look forward to seeing you.

Dear Bethel Family,
Thank you for being so flexible while we navigate the current circumstances. After studying our attendance across both Sunday morning services, the elders have met and decided it would be best to meet in one service each Sunday at 10:45am. We've agreed that we could accommodate everyone while still maintaining social distancing. The elders ask that we all continue to follow the previous regathering guidelines laid out on our website: www.betheljackson.org/welcome-back-faq. We hope to see you there but if you would feel more comfortable not attending our onsite services, please attend online at www.betheljackson.org/sunday-live or on our Facebook page www.facebook.com/betheljxn. You can find sermon notes, an online bulletin, prayer request form and a link to our online giving on our website.
Thank you again for your patience and support during this pandemic.

Dear Bethel Family,
I’m writing to convey some important information and to ask for your prayers for our church and several families in our church.
Beginning this coming Sunday, October 11th, we will be holding online-only services. We will not be holding worship services or any other gatherings in our church building until we can safely return, which we hope will be soon. The church office will be closed but the phones will remain open if you have any questions or concerns. While this is certainly not something we want to do, the elders believe it necessary due to the fact that several of our leaders and other folks in our church family have tested positive for the Coronavirus.
Unfortunately, Pastor Ken is one of those people and since he and others of our leaders have been in contact with one another, the most prudent thing for us to do is to protect all our people by taking this action. The County Health Department will do contact tracing based on who these folks
identify as having had close contact.
Please pray for all who have contracted this virus and for our church as a whole. May the Lord bring us through this difficulty and continue to bless our church as we seek to follow Jesus and help others follow Jesus.
Your Fellow Servant for Jesus’ Sake,
Neil E. Veydt, Chair
